Transport is only offered Mondays, Wednesday’s & Fridays and is subject to space availability. Dogs travel in crates. Owners are welcome to do their own transport Monday-Friday and Sunday afternoons. There will be no pick-ups or drop-offs allows on Saturdays.

Our Reboot Program requires that you are a previous Pet Intel. client.

Due to our minimal space we require all clients make a 50% deposit payment in order to confirm their booking. The remaining 50% is due prior to the start date of service. We do not provide refunds but will issue service credits in extenuating circumstances. All clients must provide an up-to-date vaccination records, a short behaviour profile and sign our liability waiver.
